The top and drawers are made of Edge Matched Poplar
while the frame is made of aged Pine.
The Desk Top houses a
32 Inch Pull-Out section
Panel concealing the Laptop Computer and mouse tray.
There
are two pull out shelves for a Printer on the bottom and a Scanner/Fax Machine on the
top.
The two
matching Side Cabinets have three Drawers measuring 23
inches Long, 18 inches wide.
The bottom Drawers are 12 Inches high - which are Filing
Cabinet Drawers. The other two
Drawers
are 8 inches and 6 inches high, respectively, for storage of
all necessary items
Under
the desk there are two shelf units to add to the storage space.
(Note
that this Desk is designed to be used with a Lap
Top rather than a Desk Top and therefore
does not have a space for a CPU).
The
Back and Side Panels have carved Navajo Designs and the two Front Panels have
Thunderbird Fetishes.
The
stain is a combination of Antique Pine with Dark Walnut Highlights, Danish Oil,
Tung Oil
and then hand waxed to bring out the beauty of the grain and the wood.
