6's edged with mitered 2 x
2's, stained with a contrasting Dark Walnut.
The legs are made from 4
x 4's routed on the
edges and stained in Antique Burgundy for contrast to
give this table very simple lines. The top has
Navajo carvings stained in Dark Walnut. The apron
has Navajo Geometric Cut-out designs on all four sides and routed "Santa Fe"
Grooves stained
in Burgundy. The overall
stain is a combination of Light
Maple and Antique Pine
finished with both Tung
and Danish oils.
