This Entertainment
Center is actually Three Units in One.
The
Width of the Center Unit is 40 Inches with a depth of 24 Inches while the two
Bookcase Units
are each 20 Inches wide with a depth of 12
Inches. The height of the Basic Unit is 80 Inches and
it reaches the maximum height of 92 Inches with the "Stepped"
Center Pieces. The Cabinets at
the bottom are 28 Inches high. The TV Compartment is 40 Inches wide
and 40 Inches High.
There
are numerous "Finishing" Details. All edges - the Stepped Bottom Pieces
and the Stepped
Top Pieces have all been "Angle Routed"; all the shelves have
supporting "Three Groove"
Edging Pieces
in the traditional "Santa Fe style, as does all the vertical and horizontal
Trim.
The
carvings on the Doors are Navajo Geometric Designs stained to match and contrast
with the finish on the Cabinet. All the Hardware is Hand-Forged in Albuquerque.
The
stain is a basic Antique Pine with Dark Walnut highlights, followed by four coats of Danish Oil,
three coats of Tung Oil
and finished with four coats of Brie Wax.
