This Blanket Chest features carved Navajo Geometric Designs on
the top and the front with a matching" emblem" on the front. The
front piece on the top is a cut-out design following the
same pattern.
The finish is an Antique Light Maple stain, oiled and waxed to
highlight
the grain
pattern. The top and the trim are stained in Antique "Southwestern"
Blue.
The side handles and top hinges are hand forged in New Mexico.
